Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team on a long-term, indefinite engagement. This role is primarily onsite in Orlando, Florida , though strong hybrid candidates will be considered.

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate:
Starting at $65/hour Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and demand letters Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and discovery responses Prepare for and take/defend depositions Work with expert witnesses and assist with trial preparation Collaborate with litigation teams on case strategy and execution Qualifications Active Florida bar license, in good standing 5+ years of commercial litigation experience Experience handling either construction litigation or healthcare litigation matters is required Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with iManage , Litify , Epoch time management , and insurance defense billing narratives is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
