Job Description

Litigation Associate
  • Personal Injury / Civil Litigation On-Site | Connecticut | $100,000
  • 135,000
  • CT-PIA-3527 A growing and highly active litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its expanding team.
This firm continues to see increased caseload and is adding talent to support sustained growth and maintain strong case flow. This is an on-site opportunity for a litigation-ready attorney comfortable handling matters from intake through resolution. The practice is heavily focused on personal injury, with openness to candidates bringing experience in medical malpractice, probate litigation, criminal defense, or broader civil litigation.
What You'll Do:
Manage a personal injury and/or civil litigation caseload Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct depositions Appear in court as needed (must be litigation-ready at all times) Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations Collaborate closely with leadership on case strategy
Ideal Background:
3-5 years of litigation experience Personal injury experience strongly preferred Experience in med mal, probate litigation, criminal, or civil litigation considered Connecticut Bar admission in good standing (required) New York Bar admission is a plus Clean disciplinary history (or willingness to discuss transparently)
