Job Description
Ged Lawyers LLP, headquartered in Boca Raton FL., with locations in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Michigan is looking for an experienced litigation attorney with 3-5 years previous plaintiff experience to work in our Boca Raton, Florida office. This is an opportunity to join an innovative national law firm with a collaborative working environment. Job Responsibilities Ability to manage and oversee Mass Tort cases; Required to attend depositions and hearings; Preparation of various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and memorandums; Propounding and responding to discovery; and All aspects of litigation, including pre-suit, pre-trial, and trial. Job Qualifications Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar; 3-5 years of Mass Tort litigation experience; 2-5 years of civil litigation experience required (Plaintiff); Knowledge of Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines; Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and relationship building; and Ability to be a team player and work in a fast pace atmosphere.
