To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing Boca Raton law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a collaborative and expanding practice. The firm focuses primarily on civil litigation, business law, probate, and real estate matters . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners on a variety of sophisticated litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents Conduct all phases of discovery Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Assist with case strategy and preparation Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
