Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing Probate and Estate Planning law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm management experience, strong HR and administrative skills, and working knowledge of probate and estate planning matters. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting attorneys, staff, and clients in a professional and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the law firm, ensuring efficient workflows and office productivity. Oversee all administrative staff, including legal assistants, paralegals, and reception personnel. Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance management. Manage HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, timekeeping, PTO tracking, and policy implementation. Maintain office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility operations. Utilize Clio practice management software to oversee workflows, calendars, document management, and case organization. Assist with workflow management for probate, trust administration, and estate planning matters. Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and firm events as needed. Develop and improve office procedures to increase efficiency and client satisfaction. Work closely with firm leadership to support strategic growth and operational initiatives. Manage relationships with outside vendors, IT providers, and service partners. Monitor office budgets and assist with expense tracking and operational reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm. Experience working in a Probate and Estate Planning practice preferred. Strong Human Resources experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee management. Experience supervising administrative and legal support staff. Proficiency with Clio or similar legal practice management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on management style. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with probate court procedures and estate administration. Knowledge of legal billing, trust accounting, or law firm financial operations. •

$80,000.00•$95,000.00 per year
