Job Description

Personal Injury Case Manager - Boca Raton, FL Scarfone Law Group, a multi-state personal injury firm, is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager for our Boca Raton office. This is a full-time, in-office role with full benefits . We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm who can handle a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and answering questions Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation Schedule and track client treatment, maintain detailed case notes, and ensure all deadlines are met Work directly with attorneys to prepare comprehensive demand packages Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters regarding settlement discussions Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other involved parties to move cases forward efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of personal injury case management in a law firm (required) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service focus
