Excellent Job Description What You Will Be Doing Manage personal injury/property damage cases from intake to trial Meet clients, build trust, and provide case guidance with empathy Communicate with insurance companies on claims, demands, and settlements Prepare cases for litigation and trial Handle negotiations and settlement discussions Conduct trial work (first chair preferred) Provide regular client updates and case strategy input Work both independently and collaboratively within the firm Experience You Will Need J.D. from an accredited law school 6+ years of litigation experience 5+ jury trials as first chair (strongly preferred) Licensed and in good standing with Florida Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills Excellent communication (verbal + written) Ability to handle cases independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) - nice to have Nice-to-Have First-chair trial experience (5+ trials) Bilingual (Spanish) Experience in both PI + property damage claims Mentorship / leadership exposure Benefits Competitive base salary PTO + holidays + sick leave + bereavement 401K with firm match Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Employer-paid supplemental benefits Performance reviews & growth opportunities Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
