Job Description

Associate Attorney - Plaintiff's Personal Injury (Early Career) A well-established boutique plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney in the early stages of their career to grow with our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with less than three years of experience who is eager to learn, willing to be trained, and ready to build a long-term home at a firm that invests in its people. Our clients come to us after accidents and injuries, often while they are still recovering and under significant stress. We are looking for an attorney who combines genuine compassion for clients with the drive to develop into a skilled, confident advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury matters under the guidance and mentorship of experienced attorneys Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Manage an evolving caseload with increasing independence as skills develop Participate in client intake and case evaluation Take direction, apply feedback, and continually build practical litigation skills Begin developing relationships and habits that support business generation over time
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida (or awaiting bar results) Less than three years of legal experience A genuine willingness to be trained, mentored, and to apply constructive feedback Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Compassion and professionalism in working with injured clients under stress A strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career with the firm Interest in eventually contributing to business development
