Job Description

Attorney - Plaintiff's Personal Injury (Experienced) A well-established boutique plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney who wants to focus on practicing law and advocating for clients, without the burden of running a firm. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is ready to step away from the administrative and operational demands of firm ownership or management and concentrate on doing the work they do best. Our clients come to us after accidents and injuries, often while they are still recovering and under significant stress. We are looking for an attorney who brings experience, judgment, and genuine care for clients, and who is ready to make a long-term home with our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters with independence and sound judgment Handle cases through all stages, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Develop case strategy and guide matters toward favorable resolution Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff as appropriate Maintain and build client relationships and contribute to business development Focus on the practice of law while the firm handles operations and administration
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida Substantial experience handling plaintiff's personal injury matters First or second chair trial experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage cases independently and exercise sound professional judgment Strong litigation, negotiation, and client-relations skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to focus on practicing law rather than running a firm An interest in building a long-term home with a firm and contributing to its growth
