Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our team. With at least five years of dedicated experience in domestic relations, you will play a critical role in managing complex cases from inception through final decree. This role requires a professional who balances high-level technical proficiency with the emotional intelligence necessary to support clients navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Oversee a diverse caseload involving divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and domestic violence injunctions.

Discovery Mastery:

Independently manage the discovery process, including drafting Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admissions. You will also be responsible for analyzing voluminous financial records to create marital asset spreadsheets.

Document Preparation:

Draft complex pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, parenting plans, and final judgments with minimal supervision.

Trial & Mediation Prep:

Prepare comprehensive trial notebooks, exhibit lists, and witness files. Coordinate and attend mediations, depositions, and court hearings.

Financial Analysis:

Prepare and/or review Financial Affidavits and Mandatory Disclosure packages.

Client Liaison:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and managing expectations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and compassion.
