This role handles commercial litigation matters , with a preference for exposure to real property, real estate, and title-related disputes , supporting clients through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearings. The firm offers a collaborative, collegial environment and a demonstrated path to partnership for the right candidate.
Offer:
Salary range: $110,000-$150,000, contingent on experience Origination bonus Management bonus Discretionary year-end bonus 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with 4% employer match Firm-paid bar dues and continuing legal education (CLE) Errors and omissions (E&O) coverage and gap insurance for deductibles Paid time off and paid holidays
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of commercial litigation experience and willingness to work on real property and real estate disputes Experience or familiarity with real property, real estate, or title-related litigation Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain consistent in-office availability An established book of business is not required
Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation filings Propound and respond to written discovery and document requests Prepare for and take depositions and assist with hearing and trial preparation Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance case strategy Collaborate with team members to develop litigation approaches and ensure matter progression Meet an annual billable expectation of approximately 1,800 hours For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
