In this vital role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation on a wide range of immigration matters, ensuring clients navigate complex immigration laws effectively. Your expertise will help individuals and organizations achieve their immigration goals while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through proactive legal advocacy, detailed case management, and strategic negotiations. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about immigration law. Duties Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, asylum, deportation defense, and naturalization processes Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting evidence with precision and clarity Represent clients in administrative hearings, interviews, and court proceedings related to immigration cases Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to stay current on evolving immigration laws and policies Develop case strategies through meticulous analysis of procedural law and statutory regulations to maximize success rates Negotiate with government agencies on behalf of clients to resolve complex issues efficiently Manage multiple cases simultaneously using advanced legal case management systems while maintaining detailed records and documentation Collaborate with colleagues on litigation matters involving family law, employment law cases, or other related areas when applicable Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions Proven experience in immigration law with a strong understanding of procedural law knowledge and statutory legal research methods Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis for case law analysis and legal updates Demonstrated ability in legal writing, drafting contracts, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with clarity and professionalism Experience in personal injury law or workers' compensation law is a plus but not required; a versatile background in general & commercial litigation is advantageous Excellent negotiation skills combined with persuasive communication abilities to advocate effectively for clients Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment Knowledge of tribal law & regulations or environmental law is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued highly Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional legal services.
