Managing Attorney - Community Association Collections & Foreclosure Help Lead One of Florida's Fastest-Growing Community Association Law Firms Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. is seeking an experienced attorney to lead our rapidly expanding Community Association Collection & Foreclosure Department. This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing practice within one of Florida's premier community association law firms. Our firm represents hundreds of condominium, homeowners', and cooperative associations throughout Florida. As demand for our collections and foreclosure services continues to grow, we are looking for a leader who combines legal excellence with strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a genuine passion for developing people. What You'll Do Lead and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Oversee all aspects of the firm's community association collections and foreclosure practice. Develop efficient workflows and continuously improve department operations. Work closely with firm leadership to support strategic growth initiatives. Maintain the exceptional client service and responsiveness for which our firm is known. Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the department. What We're Looking For Member of The Florida Bar in good standing. Significant experience handling community association collections and foreclosure matters. Proven leadership or management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. A proactive leader who enjoys improving systems, mentoring others, and solving complex challenges.
