Associate Attorney

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas of law, including commercial and business litigation. This role involves providing legal counsel, conducting thorough research, drafting pleadings, managing court ordered deadlines and supporting clients through various legal processes. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorney and contribute to case preparation and strategy development. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and client needs. Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions. Assist in the preparation of cases for trial and hearings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff within the law office to ensure effective case management. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests. Skills Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, commercial and business litigation Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues. Proficient writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' best interests.
