Bar Full Job Description Bonds & Finance Attorney Overview:
Seeking a Bonds & Finance Attorney to work on sophisticated public finance transactions, including municipal bonds, special districts, and infrastructure financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, or issuer's counsel Draft and review bond documents, resolutions, and financing agreements Advise governmental entities on compliance with federal and state laws Handle due diligence and closings for public finance transactions Collaborate with financial advisors, underwriters, and government officials
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in public finance or municipal bonds Knowledge of tax-exempt financing and securities regulations Florida Bar admission required Strong drafting and client-facing skills Experience representing local governments or special districts preferred
Work Expectations & Benefits:
In-office presence required up to 1,950 hours Health and supplemental insurance ($785 monthly contribution) Flexible time off (dependent upon 1,950 in-person office hours requirement) 401(k) (no employer match currently)
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
