Bar Full Job Description Overview:
Seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including government liability, land use disputes, and constitutional/administrative claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations Advise public and private clients on risk and litigation strategy Handle discovery and case management
Qualifications:
3-8 years of civil litigation experience Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills Experience with municipal, land use, or administrative litigation preferred Florida Bar admission required Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Expectations & Benefits:
In-office presence required up to 1,950 hours Health and supplemental insurance ($785 contribution) Flexible time off (based on 1,950 requirement0 401(k) (no current match)
