We are seeking an experienced, bilingual sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys speaking with prospective clients, and can help elevate the performance of our intake and sales operations through experience, leadership, and best practices. Position Overview The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound leads, conducting consultations with prospective clients, following up on opportunities, and converting qualified prospects into retained clients. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who not only excels at closing deals but can also contribute ideas, share successful sales strategies, and help strengthen the overall performance of the team. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients by phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Conduct consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate legal services. Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Maintain accurate records and notes within the firm's CRM system. Meet and exceed established sales and retention goals. Help identify opportunities to improve intake, follow-up, and sales processes. Share successful sales techniques and best practices with team members. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure an outstanding client experience. QualificationsRequired Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably involving phone-based consultations and high-volume lead management. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Professional, organized, and self-motivated. Strongly Preferred Experience working in an immigration law firm. Training, certifications, or coursework in sales, negotiation, customer service, or business development.
