Experience with transactional and business law matters a plus. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in various practice areas. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits, when eligible.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and provide guidance to clients
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Assist with negotiations and settlements
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Attend meetings with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the legal process

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in legal drafting and writing
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures
