PARALEGAL FOR P/I LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

We are looking for a highly capable, experienced and motivated paralegal to join our Plaintiff's personal injury litigation department in our Davie office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 - 5 + years of Plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience

REQUIRED

• Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently
• Punctual
• Microsoft office knowledge a must (Trialworks experience a plus)
• Experience handling litigation files, including:
• Preparing letters and documents
• Preparing pleadings, discovery
• Trial preparation
• Calendar maintenance
• Scheduling of depositions, mediations, trials etc.
• Maintaining client files from receipt to closing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
