Our practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, with an emphasis on delivering a high-touch, client-centered experience. We are seeking a Probate Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing probate matters from start to finish while working closely with clients and internal team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from inception through closing
  • Draft and file probate pleadings and court documents
  • Communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and opposing counsel
  • Attend hearings and court proceedings (as needed)
  • Coordinate with paralegals and support staff to ensure matters progress efficiently
  • Provide thoughtful, practical guidance to clients
Qualifications:
  • Active member of the Florida Bar
  • 2+ years of probate and/or trust administration experience
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
