Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and upheld. Develop and implement strategic defense plans tailored to each client's unique situation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide clear, empathetic guidance throughout the legal process. Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable plea agreements or dismissals when appropriate. Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, advocating passionately for clients' best interests. Maintain detailed case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Criminal Defense Expertise:

Research & Analysis:
