Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals and firm objectives. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests. Foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication, regular updates, and strategic advice.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of five years in the field. Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care. Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process. Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies. Any other languages (Preferred).

License/Certification:

Bar (Required).
