This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys the day-to-day practice of litigation, including discovery, legal research, motion drafting, and case management, while working closely with senior litigators on case strategy and trial preparation. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents. Manage all phases of written discovery, including drafting, responding to, and reviewing discovery requests. Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses. Review and analyze records, documents, and evidence. Assist with deposition preparation, witness preparation, and trial preparation. Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed. Maintain case deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional client service. Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred. Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and case management. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced litigators. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
