This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters within a collaborative national platform handling complex and high-profile labor and employment disputes. The Role Associates in this position may work on matters involving: Temporary restraining orders and injunction proceedings Trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation Wage & hour class and collective actions Union negotiations and traditional labor matters OSHA and workplace safety matters Employment counseling and compliance advice Single-plaintiff employment litigation Attorneys will also have the opportunity to participate in discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Ideal Background 3-4 years of labor & employment experience Strong legal writing and analytical skills Experience handling sophisticated employment litigation matters Experience with discovery, motion practice, and drafting pleadings and motions Trial preparation experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills are a plus JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials Active bar admission in good standing required Why This Opportunity Nationally recognized Labor & Employment platform Sophisticated and high-profile employment matters Strong mentorship and long-term growth potential Collaborative and collegial team environment Significant hands-on experience and client interaction

Compensation:
