Job Overview:
The attorney's responsibilities will include court appearances, drafting various motions, preparing discovery, attending depositions, record inspections and oversight throughout the litigation process from pre-suit through trial. Cases are primarily focused on real estate, community association practice, collections, evictions, landlord/tenant disputes, ejectment, injunctive relief, breach of contract, and similar civil matters. Seeking a self-starter with solid writing, communication, and organizational skills for work on multiple cases of varying complexity. Trial experience is required. Moreover, experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, LexisNexis, Clio, and Excel is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits commiserate with experience.
