  • Full-time Job Overview We are a busy law firm specializing in Immigration and Criminal Defense.
Seeking an Associate Attorney who is Bilingual, English/Spanish and must be a member of The Florida Bar or any State Bar . Immigration experience would be preferred, but is not required. We will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for justice, excellent research and writing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of various legal areas including immigration law and criminal defense. Duties Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration proceedings Represent clients in Immigration Court Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis to support case strategies. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, writs and affidavits. Prepare for court by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing case law relevant to immigration Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements while providing exceptional client service. Qualifications Florida Bar or any State Bar is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in immigration law. Familiarity with legal research platforms including LexisNexis; experience with legal drafting and writing is highly valued. Work Closely with supervising attorneys and staff; manage case files and deadlines Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. Candidates who are not bilingual will not be considered. Licensed Attorneys only.
