Job Summary A respected legal services organization in Maitland, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join its in-office legal team. - Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents to support active litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal filings.
- Represent clients in hearings, court appearances, litigation proceedings, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and help achieve practical, favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage case files, deadlines, records, and documentation throughout all phases of litigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure thorough case preparation and effective client representation. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- In-office position, with flexibility available after 6 months to one year of service.
