Elder Law Litigation Paralegal 3-5 Years of Experience Join Our Growing Elder Law Team Rhodes Law, P.A. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Elder Law Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in complex elder law, guardianship, probate, trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to advocating for seniors, vulnerable adults, and their families. Responsibilities The Elder Law Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including but not limited to: Managing case files from intake through resolution, including discovery, trial preparation, hearings, and post-judgment matters Drafting, preparing, and filing pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other legal documents Maintaining case calendars, court deadlines, hearing dates, deposition schedules, and litigation timelines Coordinating document production, discovery responses, deposition preparation, and witness materials Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, financial records, court filings, and other case-related documents Communicating professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, fiduciaries, healthcare providers, and third parties Preparing trial notebooks, hearing binders, exhibits, witness files, and other litigation materials Conducting legal and factual research Supporting attorneys with client communication, case strategy, and litigation workflow Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation paralegal or family law paralegal experience required Experience in elder law, probate, guardianship, trust litigation, estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, or a related practice area strongly preferred Strong understanding of court procedures, litigation deadlines, electronic filing systems, and case management practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred Professional, dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays 401k with a 4% match Professional development and continuing education support Collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven work environment Meaningful work helping protect the rights, dignity, and interests of seniors and vulnerable adults Apply If you are a motivated litigation paralegal who is looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families, we encourage you to apply.
