Betten, Murphy and Weiss, Attorneys, P.A. is an established Boutique Elder Law Firm concentrating in estate planning, probate, trust administration and medicaid planning. We are committed to delivering exceptional legal services and bring a personal approach to legal counsel. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience (2+ years) in estate plan, probate and trust administration and possess the following skills: Organizational skills Attention to details Multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong client centered focus Strong communication and written skills
Probate and Trust Administration:
Prepare necessary court documents; including pleadings, orders and other supporting forms with attorney supervision and review E-filing documents Communicate with clients via phone and in-person conferences to obtain necessary information, sign pleadings and provide case updates throughout the entire administration Communicate with beneficiaries and trustees providing case updates Maintaining exceptional overview of court deadlines
Estate Planning:
Preparation of estate documents with attorney review Point of contact between attorneys and clients Managing and organizing estate documents
