Job Description
Please do NOT apply if you do not have experience with personal injury claims. We seek a legal assistant to work in-person (punctually starting at 8:30 am) solely handling personal injury claims for accident victims; we do NOT handle any defense work. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish in a professional manner; you will need to effectively communicate with clients about their injury claims, as well as handle matters with insurance adjusters and medical facilities; reliable transportation is a must; business attire is required. Parking and other benefits are available after a probationary period. Compensation is based on an individual's experience and particular skill-set. •In our experience, if you are more than 30-35 minutes away in morning traffic, this position might not be a good fit for you.
