Probate and Estate Planning Attorney | Miami, FL (Onsite)
Experience Required:
2+ Years | Courtroom Experience Needed A growing law firm in the Miami area is seeking a Probate Attorney to join its team onsite . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of cases, appearing in court, and guiding clients through the full probate process with professionalism and compassion. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in probate proceedings, including hearings, status conferences, and related court appearances. Handle a caseload involving estate administration, guardianship matters, and related probate issues. Draft and review probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and other required filings. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and third parties with clarity and professionalism. Ensure compliance with Florida probate rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements. Collaborate with internal staff and provide guidance on case strategy and case management. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Florida (in good standing). 2+ years of experience in probate law (estate planning experience a plus but not required). Comfortable and confident appearing in court - this role requires regular in person hearings. Strong legal writing and drafting skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities.
