Mid to Senior-Level Attorney Position Overview We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex business agreements, court proceedings, and real estate transactions. This role requires a professional who can independently manage matters from contract drafting through trial preparation and courtroom appearances. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate: Venture agreements Operating agreements Executive and managerial employment agreements Commercial and business transaction documents Handle litigation matters in both state and federal courts
Manage:
Bench trials Jury trials Hearings and motion practice Conduct legal strategy, case analysis, and dispute resolution Handle real estate closings and related transactional work Provide legal guidance on both transactional and litigation matters Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Florida state bar Significant experience in: Business litigation Commercial transactions Operating agreements Venture-related agreements Executive compensation and employment agreements Strong courtroom experience, including: State and federal court appearances Bench trials Jury trials Evidentiary hearings Experience handling real estate closings preferred Ability to independently manage cases and transactions from start to finish Strong negotiation, drafting, and advocacy skills Preferred Background Experience balancing both litigation and transactional practice areas Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment Strong client communication and leadership abilities Trial-ready attorney with practical courtroom experience Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications and may vary depending on the location.
