Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead family law litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring clients receive the highest level of representation. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal plans tailored to their unique family situations. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement. Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and attention to detail. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests. Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process. Work closely with our legal team to foster a collaborative environment and share insights for case development and strategy enhancement.

Qualifications:

Experience in family law litigation, with a focus on divorce, child custody, and support matters. Ability to develop strategic legal plans that align with clients' goals and family dynamics. Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and clarity. Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements while minimizing conflict. Ability to conduct thorough legal research and apply findings effectively in cases. Experience advocating for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments confidently.
