Real Estate Attorney 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Naples, FL 34108 Everforth CyberCoders 91 reviews Real Estate Attorney Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of focused experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions to join our growing Naples team. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting a wide variety of real estate deals, including purchases, sales, financings, leases, and development projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment while delivering efficient, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions from initial due diligence through closing. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, development agreements, and related transactional documents. Coordinate due diligence, including title reviews, surveys, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance. Work closely with clients, lenders, title companies, brokers, and other professionals to facilitate timely closings. Advise clients on real estate financing, land use and zoning matters, condominium and homeowners' association issues, and risk mitigation strategies. Prepare title opinions and coordinate with title insurance providers. Manage a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with other practice groups (Litigation, Corporate, Trusts & Estates) on interdisciplinary matters. Contribute to business development and marketing efforts for the Real Estate practice.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of substantial experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions (Florida experience strongly preferred). Education:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission:
Licensed to practice law in Florida (in good standing). Skills:
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex real estate documents. Thorough knowledge of Florida real estate law, title insurance, and closing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management abilities. Prior experience in a mid-to-large law firm or relevant in-house role is preferred.
