Job Description

Real Estate Attorney | Naples, FL (In-Office) A highly regarded Naples law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join and help expand its established Real Estate practice. This is a strategic opportunity for an attorney with strong commercial real estate experience who is interested in playing a meaningful role in the continued growth and long-term leadership of a sophisticated practice. What You'll Do Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transactional agreements Conduct title, survey, and due diligence review Advise clients on transaction structure, risk management, and regulatory compliance matters Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout complex transactions Collaborate with firm leadership to strengthen and expand the Real Estate practice Support mentorship, team development, and long-term succession planning efforts Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives What We're Looking For Active Florida Bar member in good standing 8+ years of real estate law experience Significant experience handling commercial real estate transactions Experience with residential transactions as well Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactional matters Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Interest in practice growth, leadership, and long-term career development Portable business preferred, but a full book is not required Comfortable working in-office in Naples Why Join Established and highly respected real estate practice Opportunity to work alongside accomplished senior attorneys Sophisticated commercial and residential transactional work Meaningful client contact and responsibility Clear path toward increased leadership opportunities Collaborative and collegial firm culture Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package For confidential consideration, contact: Kaelan.
