Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing legal practice in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning who is looking to expand their practice and build lasting client relationships.
Trust & Estate Attorney Responsibilities:
Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies. Develop tax-efficient estate, transfer, and business succession plans. Handle trust and estate administration matters and provide guidance to fiduciaries. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal counsel. Mentor junior attorneys and oversee complex legal matters. Support the growth of the practice through business development efforts.
Trust & Estate Attorney Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) and eligibility to obtain Florida Bar admission if not currently licensed. 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters. Experience representing high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Proven business development success with a portable book of business. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication, client service, and analytical abilities.
