Job Description

The Naples office serves a vibrant community with significant wealth and retirement activity, offering attorneys the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated mid-level attorney to help continue growing a thriving Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice while working alongside experienced colleagues.

Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and advise on complex estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and advanced estate planning vehicles.

Provide sophisticated wealth preservation and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings, fiduciary accounting, and post-mortem tax planning.

Advise on business succession planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies.

Assist with fiduciary litigation, will contests, and contested trust matters when needed.

Collaborate with clients' other advisors (CPAs, financial planners, etc.) to deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions.

Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the Naples practice.

QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.3+ years of substantive experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation matters (Florida experience strongly preferred).Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next exam).Demonstrated ability to manage client matters independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-service orientation.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and interest in long-term career growth.
