This role is centered on building relationships, guiding clients through meaningful decisions, and delivering clear, practical legal solutions in a way that our clients can easily understand. The attorney will meet with clients to design and implement estate plans, including wills, trusts, and related documents, and will guide families through the probate process with clarity and care. The position involves drafting, advising, and managing matters from start to finish while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. We are looking for a steady, thoughtful professional who communicates well, values consistency, and takes pride in providing a strong client experience. Must be a Florida Bar member in good standing, along with experience or a genuine interest in estate planning and probate. This is an opportunity to grow within a well-supported practice, with mentorship, access to firm resources, and a compensation structure that rewards long-term development and client relationships.Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly yearlyResponsibilities:
Handle trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and guidance on fiduciary responsibilities. Assist clients with inherited property considerations, homestead matters, and coordination related to real estate or business interests as they relate to estate planning and administration. Prepare and draft estate planning documents, probate filings, and related legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with clients, families, business owners, and other stakeholders to provide clear, practical guidance and ensure a smooth process from planning through administration.Qualifications:
