Law Firm Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in Estate Planning and Tax Planning to join our growing law firm in Florida. This is a role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative office environment and is committed to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, families, and business clients. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives Advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax planning strategies Assist clients with asset protection and wealth transfer planning Provide legal guidance on business tax matters, including entity structuring and tax implications Handle probate and trust administration matters as needed Stay up to date on federal and Florida state tax laws and regulations Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the State of Florida Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law (preferred; can adjust based on your Experience) Strong understanding of federal and Florida estate and tax regulations Experience with probate and trust administration is a plus Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service Work Environment Candidates must be able to work from the firm's office in Florida Collaborative, team-oriented environment Opportunity for professional growth and development What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and growth-focused work environment
