Our team is committed to providing exceptional legal representation, responsive client service, and compassionate advocacy. We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our legal team and contribute to our continued growth while maintaining our high standards of client service and legal excellence. Position Overview This is a full-time, in-office position for an attorney who is passionate about immigration law and committed to advocating for immigrant communities. The attorney will manage a caseload, work closely with support staff, and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout their immigration matters. Responsibilities Manage immigration cases from consultation through resolution. Conduct client meetings and develop legal strategies. Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other government agencies. Prepare and review applications, petitions, motions, legal briefs, and supporting documentation. Handle family-based immigration, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and other immigration matters. Visit and communicate with detained clients when necessary. Supervise and delegate work to paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and case updates. Ensure compliance with all legal deadlines and firm procedures. Qualifications Active Bar License in any U.S. jurisdiction. Immigration law experience preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with legal support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
