Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience, with a strong preference for those who have focused on labor and employment law. Exposure to unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets litigation is a plus. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute at every stage of litigation.
