Managing Partner - Insurance Defense Litigation Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 7 consecutive years practicing general liability insurance defense. Current role tenure of at least 3 years ( 5+ preferred ). Prior partner experience, minimum 2-3 years . Significant litigation and trial experience, able to handle matters from inception through trial. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Experience supervising attorneys and/or staff. Florida Bar admission in good standing. Portable business is welcomed but not required. Managing Partner - Insurance Defense Litigation Preferred Background & Skills Demonstrated success building or growing a practice or office. Interest in proactive litigation strategy and mentoring attorneys. Comfort with modern technology systems and remote-flexible operations. Managing Partner - Insurance Defense Litigation Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead litigation strategy on a low-caseload, high-quality model (~15 active cases). Mentor, manage, and develop attorneys and staff. Oversee daily operations and drive office growth. Build and manage client relationships. Guide business development activities and regional expansion. Collaborate with firm leadership to uphold high standards of service and representation.
