Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL Experience:
6+ years Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Jacksonville office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a sophisticated and active real estate practice handling complex transactional matters with significant client interaction and responsibility.
What You'll Work On:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial real estate agreements Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and development-related transactions Managing easements, development agreements, and title matters Coordinating commercial real estate closings from inception through completion Supporting commercial leasing matters Working directly with clients on sophisticated transactional matters
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Strong background in complex real estate contracts, title matters, and closing coordination Commercial leasing experience preferred Excellent drafting, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active Florida Bar admission required
