Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard. Collaborate with our legal team to develop innovative defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the legal process. Negotiate with prosecutors to secure favorable outcomes, including plea bargains and reduced charges. Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail. Advocate passionately for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support their defense strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience in criminal defense law, with a strong understanding of Florida's legal system. Ability to develop innovative defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
