This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing private fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors in sophisticated fund formation and investment management matters. Ideal Background 3-6 years of investment funds, private funds, or fund formation experience Experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferred Experience with fund formation, sponsor-side matters, co-investments, and related transactions Experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and related fund documents Experience advising fund sponsors on regulatory and compliance matters is a plus Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity ✅ Sophisticated private funds and investment management practice ✅ Exposure to fund formation and sponsor-side transactions ✅ Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility ✅ Strong mentorship and professional development ✅ Partnership-track opportunity ✅ Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Interested?
