Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney based in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Immigration Attorney will handle a variety of immigration matters, including visa applications, family petitions, asylum cases, removal defense, and other related legal services. Primary responsibilities include advising and advocating for clients, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients before government agencies and immigration courts. Collaboration with legal staff and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ever-evolving immigration laws and policies are also key aspects of this role. Location Pembroke Pines, Florida | In-Person Position Responsibilities and Duties Represent clients in removal proceedings before EOIR (Immigration Court) Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including:
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Asylum
  • Family-Based Petitions
  • TPS•VAWA•Waivers•Parole•Employment Authorization Applications Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, declarations, and supporting evidence Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Participate in consultations and case evaluations Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress Ensure timely and accurate filing of all legal documents Maintain organized and updated case files Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in any U.
S. state (Florida preferred) Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience preferred Strong knowledge of removal defense, family-based immigration, and humanitarian relief Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines FULLY bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
REQUIRED
Must be available to work in person at our Pembroke Pines , Florida office Compensation Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary range:
$90,000
  • $130,000+ annually.
