As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration practice. If you are looking for a collaborative environment where you can build lasting client relationships, work alongside experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact on families in our community, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies and wealth preservation. Guide personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries through probate and trust administration. Manage probate proceedings from initial filing through final distribution. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and thoughtful counsel. Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Participate in business development and community engagement opportunities What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission). Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team.
