This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with less than three years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career in estate planning and probate. What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients for initial estate planning consultations Help families understand their estate planning options and develop personalized solutions Conduct estate planning review meetings and document signing appointments Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide an exceptional client experience Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents Assist with probate administration matters Work closely with our legal and administrative team to ensure clients receive outstanding service Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and members of the community Play an active role in helping the firm continue its growth throughout St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach Counties What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Florida Bar admission or awaiting Florida Bar results Less than three years of attorney experience preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships A warm, positive, and professional personality Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence A willingness to learn, grow, and accept mentorship Team-first attitude and strong work ethic A desire to build a long-term career in estate planning and probate Ability to explain legal concepts in a way that clients can easily understand What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not a position where you'll be hidden behind a desk all day.
