Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Singer Island Area) Job Overview Our client is seeking an Associate General Counsel to manage their litigation portfolio. This role is designed for a high-performing attorney looking to transition from a traditional law firm model into a strategic, business-integrated environment. You will take full ownership of litigation strategy, working directly with executive leadership to influence business outcomes and manage diverse real estate and commercial disputes.
Compensation and Benefits:
$150,000 base salary Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance 401(k) What You'll Do Manage litigation matters independently from inception through resolution (excluding trial) Draft pleadings, motions, and key legal documents Lead discovery, conduct depositions, and attend hearings and mediations Drive negotiations and help shape favorable outcomes Serve as the point person coordinating with outside counsel on larger or trial-bound matters Partner directly with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance What We're Looking For 3-5 years of commercial/business litigation experience Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Hands-on litigation experience with the ability to manage a caseload autonomously Real estate litigation experience is a strong plus Negotiation and communication abilities
