Job Description

Bodily Injury Defense Attorney | Palm Beach County, FL A respected and growing Palm Beach County law firm is seeking a Bodily Injury Defense Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on experience handling meaningful litigation matters with strong mentorship and support. The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture and a steady flow of high-quality work, allowing attorneys to develop their litigation skills while managing an active caseload. What You'll Do Represent clients in bodily injury defense matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other key litigation documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Handle depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings Assist with and participate in trial preparation and advocacy Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and strong client service What We're Looking For Active Florida Bar member in good standing 2-5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience Bodily injury defense experience preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) is a plus Why Join Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Supportive, team-driven environment with strong mentorship Opportunity for hands-on litigation and trial experience Clear path for professional growth and advancement If you're a motivated litigation attorney looking to build your career in bodily injury defense within a strong Palm Beach County firm, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
